Q4 2006 - Issue #7

MESSAGE FROM THE CEO

Welcome to the latest edition of the Accudata® Technologies newsletter Good Call.  Please feel free to contact me directly at any time with suggestions at gregs@accudatatech.com or (972) 390-2610 ext. 101.

I am very pleased to report on the health of the company. In just about every category we are very solid. Customer retention, new business, reliability and availability of our systems, total query counts through our systems, top line revenue and profitability growth – in all of these categories, Accudata continues to be strong.

Our systems are generally running at “six nines” reliability and availability month after month. Transactions through our systems total nearly 100 million per month. I remember, just a few years ago, that number was more like 2 million.

Our profitability continues to be sound this year. And we have won still more awards. We recently finished in the top 15 of the Dallas Metroplex Technology Business Council Fast 50, and we won the State of Texas Fast Tech 50 from Deloitte for the third year in a row. A Deloitte representative told me that it is rare for a company to be selected for this list two years in a row, much less win it three years straight.

We’d like to thank our customers and our employees for these successes.

Throughout the month of September, Accudata was featured in a CBS television special consumer report, some of which was taped at our corporate headquarters. The report focuses on the fact that many large RBOCs still do not deliver Calling Name to their customers even when it is available. So far, this feature story has aired in Providence, Houston, Los Angeles, Dallas, Philadelphia, San Antonio, Houston, San Diego, Boston and New York City.

In this issue of Good Call you will find an employee profile on Accudata Systems Manager Brandon Holloway. Brandon is responsible for most of our basic hardware, systems and internal/corporate Internet functions. Read more about him here.

Also in this issue, we present another interesting customer profile, this time on the company Synips. Other columns include observations in “Market Trends,” and valuable tips in “Problems and Solutions.” We are always interested in your input for these columns.

We hope you enjoy this edition of Good Call.

President and CEO
