Sherry Nuckolls - Customer Service Specialist

Please meet Sherry Nuckolls. Sherry has the second longest tenure here, having started working with the founders in 1993.

Sherry came to work for founder Monica Martino after more than 20 years in the commercial insurance industry. Drawing on her past experience and customer service certifications, Sherry handled customer service and billing while learning the fundamentals of payphones, validation hubs and full service LIDBs. Sherry has worn many hats during the years, taking on everything from repair dispatch to analyzing call records, and she’s very proud of the company we have become. Sherry is thankful for Monica’s knowledge and expertise and the learning environment it has fostered.

Sherry is still your customer service specialist, which includes the billing of services to our customers. Feel free to call her anytime for assistance. She also works closely with our inmate customers. Sherry is knowledgeable of the validation platform for various inmate systems and can help troubleshoot problems as well as the initial set-up and sign-on to Accudata’s systems.

Interests outside of work include:
Family and friends, gardening, home improvement, furniture refurbishing, travel, boating, music and various alumni clubs. And let’s not forget the books on tape Monica got her hooked on.
