Many Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs) today are living with restricted Calling Name (CNAM) data. It is restricted by the information being provided to them by their respective LEC. As a result, they are unable to provide true CallerID services to their customers - customers who expect, and deserve, more.

We recently enabled a CLEC, TexLink Communications, to provide its customers with nationwide Calling Name Display. This is a great marketing tool that allows the CLEC to upsell their CallerID program, stabilize and grow their customer base rather than watching it churn away.
